Friend of a friend in Germany.
We then made the discs to make it look even more German:shock:
The top one is the Wolfsburg town badge,then to take the place of the tax disc we shrunk the 1 on 1 logo.

This photo is of Mirek Craney who was the designer of the Ascort coachbuilt with the Karmann Ghia that I believed was used to assist in his design. The photo would likely have been taken around 1957.
