Just got some nice new stainless steel tailpipes for my early big window bug.

I need to know.

Is it O for the tailpipes to end BEYOND the rear bumper.

The ones I,ve got protrude about 2/3" beyond the bumper.

Is that OK or should the come out to the same distance as the bumper and if YES,anyone know where I can get these in stainless,in UK.

In Australia it is getting hard to get the long ones,all the shops sell the Mexican short crap :(

They came from Heritage parts in UK.
