gaze at the 2 dots, then whilst relaxed and still, slightly cross your eyes and blur your vision slightly, you will see 'shadows' of the 2 outer dots appear and slowly move towards the middle, when this 3rd dot comes together properly right in the middle of the original 2 dots look down slowly and you will see the picture really clearly!

I find it easiest to 'uncross' my eyes, just relax until you see two of everything - then gaze into the picture without focussing
