To whom it may concern

Everything OK:thumbup: for the meeting in Bad Camberg and Hotel Zur Post in Dauborn/Hunfelden!!!

Hopefully everybody who booked a room in the hotel we are staying in during the meeting in Bad Camberg will be there!!!:smile:
When something happened or came up now is the time to make your cancelation!!!:shock:
It's better to say now (it's stil early) than that I have to hear it from you 2 weeks before the meeting:thumbdn: !!!

If this is the case there has to be payed a cancelation fine and that is the least we want to do,[-x OK?

Hotel Post is very nice place. Have stayed before at many Bad Cambergs VW shows. May stay again. Last time bar bill was very high.
