As it says above this is weird. I dont own a air cooled VW at the moment but on the trail of a 58 that needs work. A friend of mine that is going to end up with the car turend up on Sunday for a chat and to show me some photos of said bug. It got me thinking at what he had said and i started rummaging thrugh some old photos and out comes a photo that looks like its the car. I was thinking of buying her but ended up with a Zwitter instead (which i dont have a photo of Yet) On the back of the photo it says 1958 dry stored for 25 years Transferable number. This must have been in 2003. It looks worse now but comes complete with new floorpans heater channels front clip and other pannels to put her back on the road. If when i see it it's the one for me i will have to sort out a deal with a car i have and he wants. It should be in his possetion in about four week time. My photo of the bug i got in 2003  img051.jpg You have insufficient rights to see the content.

You should have been in Australia.

A few days ago I sold my no rust, original 54 so that I can just concentrate on my Ascort.
