This forum is excellent. I'm a stylist working on a photo shoot for garnet hill (womens clothing catalog) and I need to find a classic beetle to rent for the day on Thursday, May 29th. We are shooting near Stone Ridge, NY which is about two hours north of NYC. Ideally, the beetle would be darker color and with the silver racks on top, unfortunately a convertible wouldn't work. I'm hoping there is someone out there that has a beetle like this near the vicinity that I can make it worth their time. The car should be able to run- we won't be driving it in shots but will need to move it around the property for different angles.
Any help or suggestions on how to find a beetle to rent are greatly appreciated!!!!!!
