Seeing as a 5 month old kept me up half the night :lol: and he's now asleep, :roll: I managed to get to the poota early this morning to scan a few more pics.

So just to brighten up your Sunday morning, here's some arty Ovals, hope you like them!

I have an oval dash on the wall in my shop as "art". After putting up a split dash from a '52 that came as part of a parts/car deal years ago, I could not pass up a rusty oval dash I saw at the swaps for $20. Like the split dash, I went about finding like-patina parts to make it complete, and built a frame to ount it on the wall. I found a speedometer that had had water in it at one time, check out the "water mark". I even bought a ratty paper speaker from Canada as you can see through the grill and I wanted it to look all complete.

I'll post a better pic of it, and the split dash on the wall later....

Here's some wall art from Sao Paulo in Brazil.

Luiz is the owner of a VW repair/restoration business and sent me some pictures of his Judson he's fitting to his Zwitter. He also sent me a great batch of pictures showing his extensive collection with quite a sprinkling of rarities.

Nice guy too.

Its a shame that the previous owner painted it !
BTW Mine is for sale, I need space for other wall decoration !! My 3 heb decklids are still on a shelf in my garage 😳 :lol:
Or a bigger Garage would even be better :roll:
So If you know somebody who would like to make a second hebmuller with Oval dash ???:oops:

not a wall art but just an old oval I pulled out of the barn.
It stood next to a Porsche for years..
Sadly the porsche was not for sale....
The owner used it regular to take it for a spin in the fields :d .
The oval was so hard rusted that the complete doorpillar with door droped out of the car.
