AW, I have to hook up the 6 v battery first to find out if the wipers stop? Give me 5 minutes.:p , No clue to that question.
The first car heb coupe is with Klaus Hebmuller; still alive and owner of a Ford Hebmuller pullman and a type14a hebmuller since last summer.

The second pict is one of the husband ( son in law ) of one of the relatives of the Hebmuller family who divorced. The story is that he got the car as a payment in this devorce. He is also the one who wrecked the car. You see, going strange is nothing good for....

^^^^^ That picture was posted on The Samba some time ago. A couple of days later someone else posted that it was his Dad's Ghia...gave the location and how he used to hill-climb the then, virtually brand new car.

Edit: Found it...it belongs to Don Jiska Snr: https://users.bestweb.net/~djiskra/dadsghia/dadsghia.html  It was his son Don Jiska jnr who recognised in a Samba Ghia forum posting...small world.

Probably it's the French guy Pascal Meslet.
He did or still does illustrations for Super VW magazine.
