Hi,

Can anyone help me identify these torsion bars?

I bought them a while back as advertised as KDF ones wanting to replace the non-original ones on my 49' chassis, but after cleaning and finding some markings am not convinced they are what they were advertised as e.g. no cog wheel on the VW stamp.

Are they the right type for a split beetle? They have a bar circumferance measurement of approx 82mm (26.1mm diameter).
