I also need a full set of bananas and bumpers and was planning to buy them very soon (from the same source) do you also sell repros of the bumpers ? and can you send me some prices.

The price for the 52 guards is 415 euro ( chrome)
non chrome 322 euro prices are shipping included !
The thickness of the guards on the picture from rob is not correct and the shape is also not correct, I have seen that car in bad camberg last time !
It looks prety close, but I have a original here and I can tell you mine are like original !

Are all you uys prepared to spend 400 Euros for repro overriders :shock:

I cannot believe that there is not one person out there prepared to sell just one.

With one I can have them remade in both steel and GRP.

My people tell me the steel items would be about 75 Euros and the GRP only 40 Euros. 😃

I'll keep looking at the shows and sooner or later one will turn up :wink:

Not selling to me is your right. However your prices suggest pure and simple profiteering. 😃

Lets be blunt.. 2 Euros worth of shaped stell is not worth 300 or 400 Euros...

It's a price that suggests you would rather keep them than sell them. I'm sure there are many wealthy VW owners who would not ming paying such sums to you.

I'm pleased to say that I'm not in that group of VW enthusiasts. Ive worked for VW (VAG) for 20+ years and been an enthusiast longer.

I've never overcharged for the personal NOS parts and accessories I've sold over the years.

I charged a fair price and been happy with it. I've never seen the fairness in charged 10 times what something is really worth.

It's very far from the spirit of VW unity that I so much enjoy.

I'd rather be thought of as a fair person rather than a rip off merchant.

I sleep well on it. 😎
