I know that car is sold now. the black and white one on the samba and it stays in Europe :d .
I even might know who bought it, altough I am not sure, yet but I have a clue.
The prices for a heb depend on the history, the way the car looks, the originality and or the parts that are included.
This is a driveble heb, remember, and it is a real one, despite the dash. If I had the money, I whould roll it like it is :? .Where is my Lotery ticket?
This one is different from the restored ones, Everybody noticed it in Hessisch. The same goes for South African heb, No nrs known but the history from 57 until today is known, for Hamburgerheb the same, for VONDEUN HEB, Fantomas heb, ....You know what I mean. They have their own identity in surplus it is a heb. You can identify it instantly as 'that one'.
With a restored heb, you have to ask the nrs to identify them.
I know that the ad now , for 201 will come with most of the needed parts and some history. I even know that there is a carboard strip with the car that included all the nrs for the car, axels, engine, pan, body, keys, color...
That is only included on a few cars, 3 or 4 to be exactly.
The ad does not say it has the Split dash included. It is a misunderstanding that the Ghia dash is included( obviously is that included  ) .
To pin a price on a heb....Cheap one was sold few years ago for about 10.000 Euro  , missed it in one day.
Expensive heb was sold for + 100.000 Euro.
Best regards. Peter
