I thought I might post something about what is going on with my "Hebster" the Hebmuller 14-00001 replica.

Here is a picture of it last I had it outside last year.

Not much have happened here due to a lot of other projects that have come inbetween...

Reshaped the decklidpart last week though..

Tested some of the parts I have collected for it awhile ago too.

My first attempt at making my own custom Aufbau tag for the Hebster.
The print quality wasn't ok as I used an slightly unconvetional method to transfere the print to the aluminium plate. Tomorrow I will make an other attempt the traditional way.:wink:

I first was thinking several options for that text too but couldn't make anything look grafically as good as the original so I decided on just changing the Hebmuller to Hebster.

Very slow progress due to lot of other projects the past years…. Got to learn to never take an other "in between project" Wait I have too many already..

Done some small things though…

Started working out the convertible mechanism with a help from Peter. Thanks a million for your help so far!

Yesterday I drew up the inner panel where the hinge mounts will bolt to.

Today I will hopefully get some of the parts welded! 😃

Some more progress today. Handformed bodysupports and fitted the parts to a square tube that will grow into a jig of some sort... 🙂
