Today we held our [i][b]20th monthly VW meeting in Cascais[/b][/i]
Back in April 2007 we started just with 4 cars, now every month is growing, and today there were about 28 Vw's 8) some day we will have to change to a new location :lol:

yes about 6000km (edit 10000km+-) there and back :shock: :shock:,
my friend Joaquim already had to came back with the '51, he broke a connecting rod and had to change the engine with a '54 Oval from another friend of ours...

Hi there, is that the Hotel Baia?
I have stayed there on golfing holidays back in the day.
Cascais is certainly a beautiful little town for a meet.
I`d love to throw the golf clubs in the back of the Oval, drive down for a meet and then have a round at Penha Longa......................................... hang on, better get the car on the road first :roll:

Last Sunday we had a good day with a lot of sun and even though it is August, there were still a few vw's and some new faces 8)
Here are some pictures, unfortantly I don´t have a beetle anymore :evil: I might have to buy something for a few hundred € just to attend the Meetings :lol:

Just to give you guys an update on our monthly meetings. Today was our 56º meeting and because the Town Hall wasn't cooperating we had to find another location, so our friend Joaquim got us this good spot at the Cascais Marina :thumbup:
