What colour should these be? My original 30hp motor in my 58 are black, I know they are commonly painted grey/silver. Are mine incorrect or is this a variation that accured, I have examined mine carefully and from the odd chip would be resonably confident in saying they have never been any other colour.

I know on early cars(pre'52)they were factory black.So good chance they are original.
