Super-early Blaupunkt Frankfurt FM radio dating from 1955/56. This was actually taken out of a original 1955 Beetle from Germany that was found in a barn and is now being turned into a drag race car :-( Amazingly, the radio actually works after sitting for 35+ years not being used, but the output is fairly quiet, so this is not being sold as an 'immaculate, restored unit'. The pre-57 Frankfurts like this one had squarer buttons and elongated lettering as well as the large vibrator powerpack at the rear. Very very hard to find early radio £395.
