Genuine VW accessory FM radio dating from 1964/65 (V-prefix serial number). From 1964 to 1966, some Beetles had 'Silver Beige' (light grey) dashboard knobs instead of the usual 'Ivory' coloured knobs. Blaupunkt responded by producing radios for the 1964-66 model years with corresponding 'Silver Beige' knobs and pushbuttons.

This radio is a fully working Blaupunkt Essen FM model that was available as a dealer-fitted, genuine factory approved VW radio. It has the correct Silver Beige knobs and pushbuttons and is in beautiful used condition. It is 6v/12v switchable and works with great sound on both AM and FM on both voltages. The faceplate will fit any post-1957 Beetle and comes with the correct rear mounting plate and nuts to fit into your dashboard.

Price is £275 (that's British Pounds Sterling). Shipping will be extra.
